Fran is a senior specialist at ALBEDO. He holds a B.Eng. and M.A. in Telecommunications from the UPC and 20 years of experience in the T&M niche. He has worked in telecom, power utility and other industrial applications. His areas of interest include TCP/IP, Ethernet, MPLS and Synchronization. He has published articles, white papers and three books.
